C Series Pneumatic Valve Actuators

The Assured Automation C Series pneumatic actuators offer a simple and cost effective solution for your valve automation needs. For use on quarter turn (90°) ball valves, plug valves, dampers, and butterfly valves. The dual, opposed rack pistons have low friction bearings and guides that provide high-performance, long cycle-life, and fast response. These pistons can be inverted to reverse the rotation for fail open applications.

These are rack and pinion style actuators which have even torque output through the entire 90° rotation of the stroke.
